Wishing You Happy

My newly launched art print “Sunflower Field” at @minted website.  I love sunflowers.  They remind me of sunshine, smiles, Van Gogh, idealist, and happiness.  Of the sunflower seed plates that were sold on the street when I was little, and we just ate the seeds directly from the plate – tender, sweet, and fresh.   As I am editing my photo and writing now, it occurred to me that one spring, he planted several sunflowers during our “cold war”, around the porch of our home.  In early summer, I discovered the broad leaves, and then the small plates growing bigger and blooming. And he said lightly: “I just thought they would make you a little bit happier. ”  While I knew it, that moment of confirmation, and this moment of  awareness and reflection  can’t be overlooked.  While there are ten thousands of expectations from this world (including ourselves), even some are unspoken, or some covered under the “name of love”, real love is just wishing you happy unconditionally.  Wishing you happy! 🙂
